Printed to order, shipped from rural Ontario

Most items ship within 3–5 business days. Larger sculptures take longer — some run more than 24 hours on the printer before any hand finishing happens.

Need something for a specific date? Say so in the order notes and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Flat $8 anywhere in Canada, free on orders over $75. Ontario orders usually arrive 2–3 days after they ship; the rest of the country takes 4–8.

Packaging is uncoated cardboard and paper tape. No plastic void fill, ever.

Send a photo within 14 days and we will reprint it. No need to send the broken one back — posting it costs more than reprinting it.

If a print breaks in normal use during the first month, we will reprint it at half price. That is not a formal warranty, it is just what we would want if it happened to us.

Send it back unused within 30 days for a full refund. Return postage is on you unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Custom colour requests and one-off commissions are the exception — those we cannot resell, so they are final sale. We will always confirm the details with you before printing one.

Every product page has a colour preference box. Tell us what you want and we will confirm before printing. If we have the filament, we will use it — and if we do not, we will suggest the closest thing rather than guessing.
